What You'll Be Doing

• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts

• Serve as a key liaison between nursing leadership, administration, and frontline teams

• Help develop and implement patient care policies, procedures, and best practices

• Monitor patient care delivery and ensure quality standards are met

• Coach, mentor, and support staff through performance feedback and development

• Assist with staffing, issue resolution, and day-to-day operations

• Step in to provide direct patient care when needed

• Build strong relationships with patients and families while supporting successful rehabilitation outcomes

Qualifications

• Active RN license

• BLS certification required

• ACLS certification required within one year of hire

• CRRN certification required once eligible

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient nursing experience

• Previous leadership experience with responsibility for staff oversight, problem-solving, and operational decision-making

Pay Details: $35.00 to $62.00 per hour
