Project Manager

Position Project Manager – Cinnaminson, NJ Key Responsibilities Observing all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner Handling walk-throughs and scouting potential projects for clients, including cost estimation, technical proposal preparation, and client support Providing technical support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates, and subcontractor selection and procurement Setting up projects by coordinating resources and scheduling; ensuring proper costing/utilization of labor and equipment Serving as a business agent by developing relationships with key customers and understanding their issues Interfacing with the customer in a professional and effective manner to update them on project status or resolve problems/issues Managing large-scale field service and emergency response projects when directed Understanding labor and equipment requirements to complete field service projects and emergency responses Communicating with the Field regarding labor, equipment, and resources required for field service and emergency response projects Overseeing and ensuring projects meet health & safety, profitability, completeness, and professionalism standards Ensuring proper communication to the foreman/supervisor to meet contractual obligations, track project progression, and execute change orders before additional work is performed, and ensuring the customer acknowledges change orders Performing other duties and tasks as assigned by management as needed by the business Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) 5+ years of experience in Environmental Services (e.g., remediation, abatement, emergency spill response) Asbestos certifications and experience a plus Knowledge of canvasing/pricing of Environmental Services work Ability to work in a high-demand, deadline-oriented environment Leadership and supervisory skills Knowledge of equipment, environmental regulations/statutes, safety, and compliance strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Proficiency in Windows-based applications Benefits A competitive salary and annual increases Bonuses Great hours – Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm Personal growth leading to promotions Comprehensive Benefits Package Paid Time Off Apply to join our team today!
