As a trusted partner in delivering fruit, vegetable, herb, and grain-based ingredient solutions to companies around the globe, we’re striving to build a values-aligned workforce that embodies humility, integrity, passion, and excellence.**What You’ll Do*** Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks across the facility to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment.* Operate equipment such as cardboard balers and riding floor scrubbers to support daily cleaning routines.* Follow established cleaning schedules, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and surface sanitation.* Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors in a timely manner.* Maintain cleaning supplies, organize equipment, and ensure proper use of cleaning materials and safety signage.* Empty trash, replenish restroom supplies, and maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation.**What You’ll Bring*** At least one year of custodial, janitorial, or related experience.* High school diploma or equivalent required.* Ability to follow safety procedures and work with cleaning chemicals responsibly.* Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team.* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between local facilities as needed.* Basic English communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.**What You Can Look Forward To*** Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.* Paid holidays and vacation.* Tuition assistance and 401(k) with company match.* A stable role supporting facility cleanliness and safety in a team-oriented environment.* Opportunities to contribute to daily operations across multiple facility locations.**Physical & Work Environment Requirements*** Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.* Regular lifting or handling of equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.* Ability to push or pull cleaning equipment and perform repetitive motions.* Required use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.* Work performed in a warehouse environment with varying conditions, and ability to meet all physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.**Disclaimer***The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
