THE POSITION

You will be a key member of VaxCare’s path to market transformation reporting into the Leader of the Strategic Programs Office, working day to day with the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Product Officer and other members of senior leadership. This person will work across all groups and functions at VaxCare to help develop, deliver, and continuously improve key programs that advance our value proposition to providers across the U.S. Healthcare system and millions of patients. RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Purpose. To plan, coordinate, lead and collaborate to ensure the most mission‑critical, customer‑centric programs are accounted for from ideation through implementation and customer success. The key ongoing responsibilities include: Planning. Coordinate and document the plan associated with each program to include the business case (internal impact, benefits, etc.), timeline, resource allocation, working team, and key milestones necessary to deliver the program from start to finish. The Director of Strategic Programs is expected to facilitate the information gathering, synthesis and work sessions to align all stakeholders to the Program Plan. Performance Management. Ensure all aspects of a program are accounted for during creative design, product development, testing, piloting, production release and customer utilization and support. It is anticipated the Director of Strategic Programs will regularly track the effectiveness (time and quality) of all participating Groups and Team in each Program. Engaging stakeholders in productive dialogue to identify misses, causes and recommended path to resolution will be an ongoing output of the accounting process. Coordination. Work directly with stakeholders to regularly coordinate updates to management and rest of the organization on program status, roadmap, and results. This will require close working relationships with senior management to ensure all Groups and Teams are fairly and appropriately represented through the duration of any program. Research. Assist in the identification, gathering and synthesis of relevant research, in particular business, customer and marketplace based. Scenario analysis and modeling will be necessary to conduct on a program basis and ad hoc, as new information or assumptions change. Research will be done as a collaboration with other members of Groups and Teams and will often require customer and marketplace interactions. Discover Root Cause. Leveraging data to determine the root cause of challenges, uncover opportunities, and develop/implement strategies to capitalize on the opportunities. Create and manage reports for project needs, utilizing data from multiple sources (Totango, SQL, Salesforce, etc.). Synthesize data and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. Lead Special Projects. Lead critical and focused projects for the CEO, COO, and members of the VaxCare executive committee as needed. These items could include but not be limited to corporate development projects and board of directors’ engagements and presentations.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES

Must be based in Boston 3‑5 years of work experience in a related field such as a consultancy, agency, or health care delivery network. Proven track record of managing and delivering projects in or across multiple groups/functions; leading and aligning stakeholders toward focused goals and outcomes. Proven experience in engaging, collaborating, and driving outcomes with sr. level stakeholders, both internal and external. Strong analytical skillset: ability to manipulate and analyze data for program and ad‑hoc reporting; proficient in Excel. SQL experience preferred, ability to gather data to support analyses Healthcare experience preferred, specifically in the vaccine and women’s health therapeutic areas. Scrappiness, grit and persistence – whatever it takes to ensure programs incorporate the best of all groups and functions to ultimately deliver better outcomes for partner, patient and VaxCare success Ability to prioritize, lead and execute multiple programs at once while also managing ad‑hoc requests from all departments at VaxCare. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in PowerPoint and various customer success platforms (Salesforce, Totango, etc.).
