About the role: Ambient.ai is looking for a talented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and help scale our GTM and G&A organizations. As a Talent Sourcer, you'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross‑functional leaders to identify and engage top‑tier talent across a variety of roles – from software engineers and product designers to enterprise sellers and customer success leaders. You’ll bring a consultative mindset and a sharp eye for high‑signal profiles, helping us build world‑class teams across both technical and commercial functions.
