About the role: Ambient.ai is looking for a talented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and help scale our GTM and G&A organizations. As a Talent Sourcer, you'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross‑functional leaders to identify and engage top‑tier talent across a variety of roles – from software engineers and product designers to enterprise sellers and customer success leaders. You’ll bring a consultative mindset and a sharp eye for high‑signal profiles, helping us build world‑class teams across both technical and commercial functions. What you’ll do: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities in the US Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build strong candidate pipelines for GTM and customer success functions Identify and engage passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and online communities Communicate compelling narratives that reflect Ambient’s mission, product vision, and career opportunities Stay up to date on market trends, talent movements, and competitive intelligence across both technical and commercial talent markets Maintain and organize talent pools for high‑priority and evergreen roles, ensuring a strong pipeline when hiring needs arise Provide weekly updates on sourcing progress, market insights, and candidate funnel health to recruiters and hiring teams What you’ll bring: 2+ years of sourcing with exposure to GTM roles Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and CRM best practices Exceptional communication skills—you can write compelling outreach and engage candidates across disciplines Highly organized and adaptable—you can context‑switch between technical and non‑technical roles without missing a beat Proactive, self‑driven, and excited to work in a fast‑paced, high‑impact startup environment A passion for building diverse, high‑performing teams and contributing to a talent‑first culture Why join us: We are creating an entirely new category within a 180+ billion‑dollar physical security industry and looking for team members who are also passionate about our mission to prevent every security incident possible We partner with an incredible customer roster of F500 companies, including Adobe, TikTok, Gap, and SentinelOne Regular Full‑time employees receive stock options for the opportunity to share ownership in the success of our company Comprehensive health + welfare package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, EAP, Legal Services, 401k plan) We offer flexible time off to rest and recharge, including Winter Break (time off between Christmas and New Year’s for most roles, depending on business demand) Enjoy a full range of opportunities to connect with your awesome co‑workers We work in a hybrid work environment where we come together as a team Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays in our Redwood City Office.
