You'll answer questions, recommend services, promote our Unlimited Wash Club, and help ensure our facility operates safely and efficiently.Daily ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests with a positive, professional attitudeEducate customers on wash packages, promotions, and membership optionsRecommend services that best fit each customer's needsEnroll customers in our Unlimited Wash ClubHandle cash and credit card transactions accuratelyDirect vehicles safely into the wash entranceMonitor equipment and assist with daily operationsKeep the property clean, organized, and ready for customersAssist teammates wherever needed to maintain smooth operationsResolve customer concerns with patience and professionalismWhat Makes You a Great FitWe're looking for people who:Enjoy talking with customers and building positive relationshipsHave strong communication and problem-solving skillsAre dependable, motivated, and eager to learnCan work both independently and as part of a teamAre comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout their shiftCan lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periodsAre available to work weekends and holidays when scheduledSales, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
