This role will support a busy coil tubing division and serve as a key liaison among accounting, operations, vendors, and divisional leadership. Job Logistics Shifts / Hours: Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Location: Marshall, TX Work Model: Fully onsite Tools/Tech: ERP platform, Microsoft Dynamics Solomon preferred, Ramp helpful, Microsoft Office and Excel Day to Day Process vendor invoices accurately and on schedule Review invoice coding, approvals, purchase orders, and receipts Process and manage purchase orders Receive and verify goods and services in the accounting system Research invoice, vendor, and payment discrepancies Respond to vendor questions and maintain AP documentation Support divisional leadership and operational employees with accounting questions Prepare reports and research financial activity Assist with month-end close and divisional accruals Coordinate with accounting employees across multiple locations Compensation: $23/hr - $26/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
