About the Position
- Lead the global ASC 740 tax provision process, including ETR, deferred taxes, FIN 48, and related disclosures.
- Oversee U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance while partnering with external advisors.
- Support Pillar 2, transfer pricing, and other international tax initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and executive leadership on tax reporting, planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive process improvements, SOX compliance, and tax automation efforts across the tax function.
- Mentor junior team members and serve as a key contributor within a growing global tax team.
Compensation & Location
- Base Salary: $160K - $200K + Bonus
- Hybrid Schedule: 2 days per week in office
