The job of Secretary II is done for the purpose/s of providing secretarial support to assigned personnel who oversee a variety of staff at a comprehensive secondary education, Alternative Education setting, or a district department. Communicating information to staff, the public, and other districts; orienting personnel to their job requirements; ensuring compliance with financial, legal, and administrative requirements; and providing information and/or direction as may be requested.

Hours per day: 8.0
Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Desired start date: 2026-2027 school year
