Timpte is looking for a Parts & Service Manager   for our   Customer Service Center in Council Bluffs , NE!  This role will be responsible for all aftermarket operations for the assigned Customer Service Center Facility. This person will provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure a successful and safe CSC operation.

Pay for this position is $90-110k per year (Depending upon experience) + annual bonus!

Total compensation potential up to $135k!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for Parts and Service Sales financial targets – sales, margins, expenses, net income.

• Responsible to continuously focus on improving the performance, productivity, safety and shop efficiency on parts and service of the CSC location.

• Direct and manage all branch Parts and Service functions. Responsible for the daily management of all branch personnel and ensure compliance with all company policies. 

• Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues.

What We're Looking For:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 3-5 years prior managerial experience in a related industry. 

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; including Word, Excel, etc.

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record for occasional travel.
