Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Operations Administrator position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Eagan, MN. This is a contract opportunity.

Compensation: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for working in the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC), providing 24/7 monitoring, service restoration, and operational support. The position involves administrative support for IT functions, including media services, service desk tasks, and knowledge management. This is an overnight shift role (7:45 PM – 7:45 AM) with some weekend coverage required.

Hybrid Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday-7:45 PM-7:45 AM/Every other week on site at Eagan location

Every 3 weeks will work weekends.  Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and then Tuesday.

For weekend shifts will be on site on rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) which provides 7x24x365 monitoring, service restoration and operational support
• Provide administrative support for IT functions such as media services, service desk, and knowledge management
• Provide media services which include loading and unloading tapes, cataloging tapes, preparing tapes for shipping, and burning CDs
• Assist with creation of knowledge articles and ongoing knowledge management (documentation) functions
• Support technical staff on tasks, backups, user requests, and other EOC-related activities
• Other duties as assigned

Primary Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from accredited institution
• 2-5+ years of experience providing administrative support for IT functions such as media services, service desk & knowledge management
• IT Operations
• Active Directory
• Basic Desktop Administration
• Experience using common computer technology such as email and a web browser
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Ability to operate controls on tape hardware
• Ability to work independently
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and strong attention to details
• Good interpersonal skills, with ability to operate in a stressful environment

Preferred:
If a resource has ServiceNow, ROBOT Scheduler  or IBM AS400 Skills.  These skills can be trained but a plus if they have it.
