Our client, a healthcare technology company located in Manhattan, is seeking 2-3 Temporary Operations Administrators to join their team through the end of 2026 or January 2027. This position will start ASAP and requires a commitment of 20-30 hours per week, with schedules falling between 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm. Compensation is up to $24\/hour.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Contact doctors' offices to request and obtain patient charts and documentation
- Retrieve, organize, and process chart information
- Enter data accurately into the company's application
- Handle sensitive information and transfer data securely
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Support larger operational data projects when required
- Assist with Salesforce-related projects and data tasks as needed
- Manage assigned responsibilities independently and meet project deadlines
Qualifications:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with healthcare providers and doctors' offices
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Basic office administration experience preferred
- Data entry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
