Reno, NV | Full-Time | $120,000 – $160,000 DOE | Relocation assistance available

The Opportunity

Some PMs spend a career waiting for a project people will actually talk about. This is that project. Our client — a nationally recognized heavy commercial GC with a portfolio spanning hospitality, gaming, entertainment, healthcare, aviation, and public works across the Western U.S. — is hiring a Project Manager for a landmark arena in Reno. You'll manage from preconstruction through final turnover on a venue that will host sports, concerts, and conventions for generations. They're moving qualified candidates through interviews fast.

What You'll Do

Manage all project phases from preconstruction through turnover
Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
Develop and maintain budgets and cost forecasts; manage contracts, subcontracts, POs, and change orders
Monitor financial performance; prepare monthly reports and executive updates
Lead subcontractor and owner meetings; manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation
Partner with Project Executives, Superintendents, owners, architects, and consultants
Monitor critical path activities and implement recovery plans when needed
Coordinate long-lead procurement and material deliveries
Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and trade partners

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related preferred
5+ years of commercial construction project management with a GC
Large-scale project experience — $50M+ preferred
Arena, stadium, hospitality, casino, convention center, airport, or healthcare experience strongly preferred
Command of contracts, budgets, scheduling, and project controls
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or P6
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
