Your Role and Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive evaluations of patients and establishing personalized care strategies
• Effectively diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions independently or in collaboration with physicians, based on credentials
• Instructing patients and families on wellness, prevention, and management of diseases
• Prescribing therapies and medications as per your scope of practice

• Accurately documenting patient interactions in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications You Will Need

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent
