Associate Director, Commercial Project Management

Vaxcyte seeks a Commercial Project Manager to support vaccine launch readiness by managing integrated schedules, critical paths, risk logs, and cross-functional coordination. The role will track milestones, maintain governance structures, and provide visibility into commercialization progress across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated launch schedule, critical path, and milestone tracking with escalation protocols
• Establish and maintain meeting governance including agendas, decisions, and action item follow-up
• Administer commercialization risk log and track mitigation plans and status
• Coordinate across commercial and functional workstreams to maintain alignment and information flow
• Develop dashboards, status reports, and KPIs to track readiness and dependencies

Requirements

• Project management experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency with project scheduling, risk management, and dashboard tools
• Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to track timelines, dependencies, and escalate risks effectively
• Experience developing and maintaining project management processes and templates
