Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for our client in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! 

 

Job Details: 
Schedule: 8.30am to 5pm

Location: Concord, MA

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 3 months (possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $22/hr- $23.40/hr
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.   

 

Description

·         Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner.

·         Check out patients and schedule follow-up appointments.

·         Contact patients to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.

·         Process prior authorizations and coordinate with insurance companies as needed.

·         Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

 

Required Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or GED required.
