Primary Care Physician- Sign on Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our growing team in Montgomery following a physician transition.

This is an opportunity to practice meaningful medicine with the time, support, and resources needed to truly impact patients’ lives. Our care model is designed around smaller patient panels, interdisciplinary collaboration, and proactive wellness-focused care for Medicare‑eligible adults and underserved senior communities.

• Base Salary ranging from $250,000 for new graduates/residents up to $295,000 for experienced physicians
• Annual Incentive Bonus with achievable performance goals and recent physician payouts ranging from $45,000 to $85,000
• $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active or eligible Alabama medical license
