Patient Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Boca Raton, FL | Full-Time

Saturdays Required : 8:20am - 2:30pm

We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Patient Treatment Coordinator to help guide patients through their treatment plans and train our front-desk team on effective communication. This role focuses on improving case acceptance, strengthening patient relationships, and supporting the growth of our practice.

Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans clearly and confidently in English and Spanish.
Explain procedures, benefits, and financial options in a patient-friendly way.
Train front-desk team (2-3 people) on communication, scripts, and patient experience. Role playing.
Improve case acceptance through strong follow-up and clear messaging.
Handle new patient calls, scheduling, and treatment questions.

Requirements:

2-3 years of dental front-office or treatment-coordination experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
Strong communication and patient-education skills.
Confident discussing treatment, insurance basics, and financial options.
Organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
