Treatment Coordinator and Front Desk Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front office operations, including scheduling, and patient relations
Lead and support the administrative team; provide training and performance feedback
Work with our billing department.
Must have an understanding about dental insurance and explaining dental treatment to our patients.
Manage patient flow, coordinate provider schedules, and support efficient clinical operations
Monitor collections, accounts receivable, and daily financial reporting
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company protocols
Work closely with the dentist/owners on practice goals, KPIs, and staff engagement

full-time $25 - $30 per hour

• Dentrix

Qualifications:
3+ years of dental office management experience required
Strong understanding of dental scheduling systems
Excellent communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Dentrix & Dentrix Ascend preferred
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Friendly, team-oriented, and solution-driven mindset

• Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (3+ years)
