Scheduling coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Scheduling Coordinator to manage our front-line communications and scheduling operations in Margate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing high-volume calls and emails, scheduling estimate appointments, and tracking lead data to help our business grow.

This is a fast-paced environment where daily activity varies based on call volume. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives under pressure, possesses excellent multitasking skills, and can maintain a warm, professional demeanor.
