Safety and Occupational Health Specialist

This SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SPECIALIST position, is located in the Army National Guard (ARNG) Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ)/State, Territory, and District of Columbia Safety and Occupational Health Office and is part of the CA JFHQ Safety. SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL Health Specialist, GS-0018-11: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-09 level, in performing periodic/unscheduled inspections of base facilities, warehouses, and equipment maintenance operations and evaluated compliance with applicable regulations and hazard system experience recommending measures and methods to correct safety and occupational health deficiencies experience participating in planning for testing of munitions, and assuring integration of explosive safety criteria in testing procedures experience reviewing test implementation directives for inclusion of appropriate safety criteria experience preparing supplements to regulations and manuals for aircraft weapons safety and developed local regulations defining applicable mishap prevention procedures Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies: Accident/Mishap Hazard Investigation Reporting Compliance Inspection Program Management Data Analysis Safety and Health Training and Education #J-18808-Ljbffr
