Job Description

Role Description The HNW Personal Lines Senior Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Woodbury, NY. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines clients, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and other specialized personal insurance policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on coverage options, processing renewals and endorsements, handling inquiries and policy changes, and coordinating with carriers to secure appropriate coverage and pricing. The Senior Account Manager will proactively review accounts for coverage adequacy, identify cross-selling opportunities, and address complex service issues with a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. The role also involves collaborating with producers and internal teams, maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems, and supporting ongoing client retention and satisfaction initiatives.

• Candidates should possess solid Insurance knowledge, including policy forms, carrier guidelines, underwriting processes, and regulatory considerations.

• Candidates should possess a working understanding of Employee Benefits to effectively coordinate with broader client programs when needed.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in HNW personal lines, familiarity with major personal lines carriers and rating systems, and a valid property and casualty insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one).

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with agency management software and standard office applications are expected.

• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Woodbury, NY, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
