Assistant Service Manager

GROUNDWORKS OPERATIONS, LLC

Assistant Service Manager – Plainville, MA Groundworks is seeking a talented Assistant Service Manager to help develop strategies to improve sales, effectively handle customer complaints, and assist with managing Service Techs. Responsibilities Develop and lead effective weekly trainings Evaluate field performance and deliver feedback in a 1:1 setting Create and implement effective development and disciplinary plans Learn all aspects of the Service Manager's day-to-day responsibilities Other duties as assigned. Regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED. Knowledge of terminology, methods and best practices used in foundation repair. Proven experience in Service and/or customer service. Qualifications Successfully proven KPIs as a Certified Field Inspector or Service Technician. Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong management and leadership skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Working Conditions Work in an office setting, with occasional travel to work sites or construction branch locations to visit customers and employees to ensure quality of sales. Exposure to loud noise, fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, inclement weather, heat and humidity, dust and asphalt.
