In this role, you will report to the Director of People Ops and own full‑cycle recruiting primarily for our Marketing team, with additional responsibility across Customer Service, Operations, and Finance functions. You’ll be a strategic partner to functional leaders across the business—building pipelines, delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience, and helping Hone attract and close exceptional non‑technical talent in a competitive market. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll be both a builder and an executor—shaping how we hire across multiple functions as we scale. Primary Responsibilities Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following: Own full‑cycle recruiting for roles across Marketing (including Brand, Content, Conversion, and Performance/Growth Marketing), Customer Service, Operations, and Finance — from kickoff through offer acceptance Partner closely with functional hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, role requirements, and hiring bar across a diverse set of disciplines Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of active and passive candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and beyond) Drive a structured, consistent interview process that reflects Hone’s values and sets candidates and hiring managers up for success Negotiate and extend offers in partnership with hiring managers and People Ops, working cross‑functionally with legal and compensation stakeholders as needed Maintain clean, accurate data in Greenhouse — use it to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and report on recruiting metrics Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives that help Hone stand out in the market Help build and refine our recruiting infrastructure as we scale — including process documentation, interview training, and intake frameworks Qualifications In order to qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: At least 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record closing candidates across marketing, customer service, operations, or finance functions At least 3 years of in‑house recruiting specifically for digital marketing roles, especially around Brand Marketing, Conversion, and Growth Marketing Experience recruiting in healthtech, digital health, or telemedicine preferred Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through creative, multi‑channel approachesExperience managing a dynamic, shifting req load in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter or similar) Strong instincts for candidate quality and culture fit – you ask great questions and assess beyond the resume Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality Comfortable in a fast‑paced, frequently changing environment (experience directly working in a high‑growth or startup org is preferred) Creative problem‑solving skills with a results‑driven mindset Can quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Compensation Range $90,000 - $110,000 Benefits Hone wants our team to be in the best condition of their lives, so we offer a range of benefits including: A remote‑first work environment Competitive compensation and equity options Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage Short‑term disability and basic life coverage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSAs) We follow federal holidays and have uncapped time off for exempt employees Budget for the technology tools you need (laptop, monitor, and/or special software) A focus on company‑sponsored activities to foster engagement (both virtual and in‑person) Waived membership fees for any Hone team members utilizing Hone products These benefits are available to full‑time, regular employees, and not to independent contractors, part‑time employees, temporary employees, or interns.
