Join Holland Sharpe as an Industrial Metal Wall Panel Installer & PEMB Erector
Step onto industrial jobsites around Clarksville, TN and help bring large-scale facilities to life. As part of our field crew, you'll shape the building envelope—installing metal wall systems and assisting with the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB)—while working alongside a seasoned team.
CompensationPay: $26.93 - $32.43 per hour
A Day in the Life- Kick off by reviewing blueprints, construction drawings, layouts, and measurements to understand the plan.
- Lay out, measure, position, align, and secure metal wall panels to meet project specifications.
- Install exterior sheeting, siding, trim, flashing, closures, fasteners, and other building envelope components.
- Assist with the erection and assembly of pre-engineered metal buildings and structural components , including positioning and securing materials.
- Operate confidently with hand tools, power tools, drills, impact drivers, saws, levels, and measuring equipment .
- Work safely from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts while adhering to fall protection and all PPE standards .
- Coordinate daily with ironworkers, welders, millwrights, and other trades to maintain pace and quality.
- Proven experience in wall sheeting, metal building erection, or industrial construction .
- Ability to read and follow plans with precision and an eye for detail.
- Comfort working outdoors and at heights as part of a field construction crew.
- Dependability, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
