We are searching for two dedicated Occupational Therapists to provide vital support to students, empowering them to reach their highest potential. Both full-time contract roles offer an exciting chance to work in elementary and early childhood settings, collaborating with educators and families.


What you'll bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
• Previous school-based OT experience, preferably in elementary or early childhood settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working across different school environments
• Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students of varying abilities

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver individualized and group OT interventions tailored to student needs
• Assess and document student progress, contributing to IEP development and meetings
• Consult with teachers and staff to integrate OT strategies into classroom routines
• Engage with families to provide education and support regarding therapy goals
• Manage caseloads proactively, utilizing your organization and time management skills
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each student

Opportunities include:

• Non-concurrent leave coverage at two elementary schools-first at one site through May, then at a second location through the end of the school year (both offering 35+ hours per week)
• Early childhood classroom opening with a full-time schedule (35+ hours weekly); note: this position has an offer extended but is not yet accepted, so candidates are still being considered
