Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in school-based settings, especially serving K-8 students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Skilled at adapting strategies to serve students with varied needs, including cross-categorical backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) to address each student's unique goals
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-8 students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to foster student growth and integrate communication goals within the classroom
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development as needed
