Client Service Supervisor

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Queens, NY is currently seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Client Service Supervisor to support and elevate our Client Services team. In this role, you'll lead the training and development of client service associates, help ensure efficient and effective staffing, and serve as a key connection between clients, patients, and the care team. You'll foster clear communication, support team performance through coaching and feedback, and help create a positive, consistent experience for every client who walks through our doors. Pay: $27.45 - $37.48 / hour + shift differentials Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 8 AM - 6 PM Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum. For example: Mon - Fri: 6pm to 8am = +$4.50/hr . Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = +$4.50/hr . Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = +$8.00/hr . Shift Differential As the Client Service Supervisor, you will: Plan, monitorand ensure completion of the initialtraining program for new Client Service associates to ensure that weoffer the highest possible level of personal care to meet each client’s unique set of circumstances. GuidetheClientServiceTeamLeaderto scheduleclientserviceassociatescost-effectivelytoensuretheprovisionof sufficient staffing to meet and/or exceed client needs at everyshift. Bean integral member of the management team and the link between the client, the patientand the caregivers, offers feedback to co-managers to identifyspecific issues that occur and may cause dissatisfied clients. Clearly communicates with client service associates, one-on-one and in group settings, to ensure consistent understanding of new ideas, changes in protocol, policies, impending changes and ongoing communication and feedback. Coachclientserviceassociatestobecontinuouslyawareandproactiveatanticipatingandaddressingclient servicesand to seek assistancewith escalated, stressful situations. Plans and executes regularly scheduled teammeetings. Seeknewwaystobetterserveclientsthroughongoingtrainingopportunities,inputfromtheClientServiceCoordinators during regularly scheduled team meetings and feedback from doctors and management on an ongoingbasis. Personallymeet with clients to discuss concerns and questions regardingany aspect of servicesprovided. Other job duties as assigned. Why BluePearl?
