Coinbase is hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead the U.S. payroll process for salaried and hourly employees, including equity-related payroll. The role partners with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll operations across the U.S.
and timekeeping integration. The ideal candidate has multi-state payroll experience, equity payroll expertise, and proficiency with UKG Pro or Workday HCM.
