Senior Technician, QC Sample Management

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Technician to manage QC samples and materials throughout their lifecycle in a regulated pharmaceutical laboratory. The role encompasses sample tracking, inventory control, chain of custody documentation, and support for quality control operations on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-process, finished product, and stability samples from receipt through disposition
• Maintain sample inventory and perform periodic data review and GMP documentation compilation
• Generate statements of test results and certificates of analysis; support lot file assembly
• Contribute to document revisions, CAPAs, deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Train analysts on job duties and perform other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years LIMS or QC experience in regulated environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with LIMS, chain of custody, and chain of identity procedures
• Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude with effective communication skills
• Experience writing technical documents preferred
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, work in BSL-2 environment, handle hazardous materials safely

Compensation: $36.46 - $44.18 per hour
