In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes, focusing on restoring motion, enhancing functionality, and improving overall quality of life. Our team consists of experienced professionals, including two seasoned physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, who work collaboratively to ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of care tailored to their specific needs.

Work Environment

As a Senior Physical Therapist at Revive Physiotherapy Solutions, you will work in private settings, visiting patients in their homes and utilizing your clinical skills to provide hands-on care and therapeutic interventions. The position requires a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to create a balance between work commitments and personal life. Each visit will involve assessing patients' living environments to implement appropriate therapeutic interventions that facilitate recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and determine individual rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a patient caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused, personalized attention to each individual's needs.
• Develop and execute tailored rehabilitation plans that may include manual therapy techniques, exercise protocols, and modalities designed to enhance recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and modify care plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Educate patients on preventative measures, self-management strategies, and lifestyle changes to promote long-term health.
• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments provided, and progress in EMR systems, particularly WebPT, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Encourage patients to adhere to prescribed treatment regimens while inspiring motivation and self-efficacy throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse patient population needing orthopedic rehabilitation, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. You will play a vital role in their recovery processes and quality of life enhancement, using evidence-based practices that align with the latest therapeutic advancements.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (MPT/DPT).
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with an impeccable professional record free of disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a deep understanding of therapeutic exercise principles.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, with WebPT being a significant advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desired, along with familiarity with home care protocols.
• Adept at client-centered approaches that cater to the unique physical, emotional, and social needs of patients during their rehabilitation.
• Experience in fostering multidisciplinary communication and collaboration for holistic care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
