Summary Responsible for providing radiation therapy for patients, as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Administers radiation treatment according to the established standards and practices, maintains patient treatment records, medical records and other patient related material. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education Essential: Technical Program Completion or Degree Nonessential: Bachelors Degree Education specialization Essential: Radiation Therapy Education equivalent experience Essential: Required - Technical - Radiation; Preferred - Bachelors - Related Field Nonessential: Required - Technical - Radiation; Preferred - Bachelors - Related Field Credentials Essential: Credential Requirements in Comments Essential: Basic Life Support Essential: ARRT Radiography Credential equivalent experience Essential: Required - Radiation - State of Florida; Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) Experience Nonessential: Radiation Facility BayCare Health System, Radiation Therapy-SJH Location St Josephs Main and Childrens Status PRN, Exempt: No Shift Hours 8am-4:30pm Shift Shift 1 Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies Weekend Work None On Call No How often will this team member be working remotely?
