The Bilingual (English and Spanish) Call Center Supervisor will oversee a medium-sized team (6-15 members) providing exceptional customer support while ensuring high performance and quality standards. Reporting directly to the Call Center Manager, this role requires effective communication in two languages and strong leadership to maintain a productive and motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of call center agents.
• Provide bilingual customer support to ensure clear communication with diverse clients.
• Monitor team performance and implement improvements.
• Conduct quality assurance to maintain service standards.
• Deliver training and development programs for team members.
• Resolve conflicts and handle escalated customer issues.
• Create and manage work schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in call center supervision.
