The English/Spanish Call Center Supervisor oversees a bilingual team, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality customer service. This role involves direct supervision of call center agents under the guidance of the Call Center Manager, focusing on performance, quality, and team development.

 

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of English and Spanish-speaking call center agents
• Monitor calls to ensure quality and adherence to protocols
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Develop and manage agent scheduling to meet operational needs
• Implement and maintain quality assurance standards
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
• Prepare and submit performance and operations reports to management
