Bilingual Auto Claims Specialist: Spanish/English

Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. (FWS), a subsidiary of JM&A Group, is seeking a Bilingual Automotive Claims Specialist to join our expanding contact team. Move from the shop floor to a modern office and apply automotive expertise to assess and process mechanical claims. You’ll handle calls in Spanish and English, discuss repair steps with stakeholders, and, with a collaborative team, maintain accurate records while upholding JM Family Enterprises’ standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr JM&A Group
