Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual's challenges.

• Implement individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address diverse mental health concerns.

• Work closely with case managers and other professionals to coordinate care and develop a holistic approach to each client’s treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention by responding to acute mental health emergencies, utilizing your expertise to de-escalate situations and connect clients with necessary resources.

• Participate in community outreach programs, educating the public on mental health issues and working to reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or equivalent doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A demonstrated commitment to cultural sensitivity and understanding of the variance in experiences across different communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
