Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that effectively address the unique needs and objectives of each client, leveraging evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor and document clients' progress towards their treatment goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring that appropriate support systems are in place.

• Uphold meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in active collaboration with a diverse team of mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay informed and educated on the latest developments in mental health care, incorporating new evidence and best practices into your therapeutic work.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, professional development sessions, and in-house training to continuously enhance your clinical competencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic evaluation.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing empathy and understanding in client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
