A school district near Cottage Grove, OR, is seeking an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year. This assignment is housed across multiple buildings, serving primarily high school and elementary students with minimal behavioral challenges—making it a great fit for those who value meaningful relationships and manageable caseloads. The previous SLP is transitioning from a virtual format, and the district is looking for an onsite professional to continue vital services. This is a strictly in-person position; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and active SLP licensure in Oregon
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience working with school-aged populations (elementary and/or high school)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt practices to a variety of school environments
• Professional references confirming your qualifications and skillset

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions across K-12
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families on student progress and strategies
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP development
• Maintain accurate clinical and educational records
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings

This full-time role offers 37.5-40 hours per week for the entire academic year, giving you the structure and stability you need to make a real impact.
