Grain Facility ManagerA well-established and growing grain operation is seeking a Grain Facility Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a high-volume facility handling truck transport. This is a leadership-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team development, and understands the operational and logistical demands of modern grain handling.Position OverviewThe Grain Facility Manager will oversee all facility operations, including grain receiving, storage, conditioning, loading (rail & truck), safety compliance, inventory control, and team leadership. This individual will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining strong customer relationships, and building a high-performing, cross-trained team.Leadership is critical.
