Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote) Immediate Opening
We're looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to step into a well-established role. Our long-time bookkeeper recently retired, leaving clean, well-maintained books this is a maintain-and-run seat, not a cleanup project.
Details
- ~10 hours/week, fully remote
- Immediate start
What you'll do
- Maintain the books in QuickBooks
- Generate monthly financial statements
- Handle light A/R collections
- Manage online payments
What we're looking for
- Solid QuickBooks experience
- Comfortable working independently and owning a monthly close
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
