Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote) Immediate Opening

We're looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to step into a well-established role. Our long-time bookkeeper recently retired, leaving clean, well-maintained books this is a maintain-and-run seat, not a cleanup project.

Details

~10 hours/week, fully remote
Immediate start

What you'll do

Maintain the books in QuickBooks
Generate monthly financial statements
Handle light A/R collections
Manage online payments

What we're looking for

Solid QuickBooks experience
Comfortable working independently and owning a monthly close
Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
