Essential Functions & Responsibilities


Maintenance ManagerAs the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for establishing a world-class maintenance function to improve facility operations efficiency.Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all timesUtilizes leadership skills to promote a safe and collaborative work environment for all team membersOversees housekeeping activities for the shop, ensuring organization and promoting excellence Implements spare parts organization and a robust spare parts tracking systemPartners with the maintenance team to ensure the appropriate mechanical and electrical skill sets are developed or acquired Develops improvement processes to reduce cost and improve plant operating efficiencyMaintains cost control to support facility and organizational goals Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering (required)

Experience

In lieu of degree 15+ years maintenance experience in a chemical plant, industrial manufacturing or hazardous waste/environmental services environment (required)10+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience (required)5+ years of maintenance supervision experience (required)Experience utilizing CMMS (required)Experience with reliability excellence and preventative/predictive systems (required)Lean experience (preferred)BMS experience (preferred)
