Kingdom Factor is a Christian executive coaching organization dedicated to helping business owners and leaders achieve greater success while aligning their leadership and business practices with Kingdom principles.

We believe some of the most experienced business leaders are called to use what they’ve learned throughout their careers to serve others. Our coaches bring together business experience, leadership wisdom, and faith to help Christian business leaders navigate real-world challenges, grow their businesses, and lead with purpose.

The Opportunity

Kingdom Factor is seeking experienced business leaders, executive coaches, mentors, and consultants who feel called to serve Christian business leaders through marketplace ministry.

As an Executive Leadership Coach, you will lead groups of Christian business leaders, helping them work through business and leadership challenges while encouraging accountability, growth, and the integration of faith into their everyday business decisions.

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity available throughout the United States. Coaches have the flexibility to build their schedules around their availability and may serve on a part-time or full-time basis.

Qualifications

10+ years of senior-level business leadership, coaching, mentoring, or consulting experience
Strong business acumen and an understanding of the challenges business leaders face
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
A desire to use your professional experience to serve and develop other leaders
Ability to work independently and effectively lead groups
Strong Christian faith and the ability to integrate biblical principles with practical business leadership
A calling to serve Christian business leaders through marketplace ministry

Experience as a business owner, senior executive, executive coach, business consultant, or leadership coach is a plus. Coaching certification is welcomed but not required.
