Step into a meaningful role providing guidance and expertise at multiple school sites as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact supporting students and educational teams throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Delaware is required
Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Strong assessment, analytical, and consultation skills
Ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and families
Skilled in conducting staff interviews and providing team leadership
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Support 2-3 designated school sites with behavioral analysis expertise
Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and create actionable intervention plans
Interview prospective paraprofessionals for site placement and support their training
Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and paraprofessionals to ensure effective behavior support strategies
Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed for student success
Facilitate team meetings and provide resources to school staff
Maintain compliance with district and state documentation requirements
Serve as a go-to resource for assigned sites, fostering a positive learning environment

This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, with 37.5 hours per week, offering a stable schedule perfect for a dedicated professional seeking to advance in their BCBA career.
