What We Offer Performance-Based Pay A solid $30,000 base salary with an uncapped commission and bonus structure. Total earning potential ranges from $45,000 to $90,000+ per year based entirely on your drive and performance. Fast-Tracked Growth Raises are available in your very first year for high performers.
