Recruiter

In-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC) is looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team! This role is ideal for a proactive recruiting professional who enjoys building strong talent pipelines, developing effective recruiting strategies, and creating meaningful connections with candidates, internal leaders, and external clients. The Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting efforts while helping strengthen our processes, reporting, sourcing strategies, and overall candidate experience. What You’ll Do: Manage and enhance the full-cycle recruiting process Actively source and engage qualified candidates Conduct phone screens and interviews Partner with hiring managers, executives, and clients Build long-term talent pipelines and referral networks Create candidate presentations and recruiting reports Support compliant and effective recruiting practices Help shape social media and recruitment marketing strategies 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience with direct sourcing and headhunting Aviation or technical recruiting experience Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bullhorn ATS experience is preferred Experience supporting an RPO service is a plus At IFCC, our team is committed to connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities while delivering responsive, trusted service to our clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr In-Flight Crew Connections
