Job Description Controller role in Mesa, AZ , reporting directly to the CFO. The compensation is $150K$160K+ (with flexibility for the right person), plus a 10% bonus . Qualifications An active or inactive CPA. Strong ERP experience in a multi-state, multi-entity environment. Proven success leading accounting organizations through change while developing high-performing teams. Extensive experience with consolidations, month-end close, financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and audit leadership. A hands-on leadership style and the ability to build accountability and improve processes. Why Is This a Great Opportunity This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for the entire accounting function, including month-end close, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, audit and tax coordination, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, the General Ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. The Controller will lead an accounting team of more than 15 employees, partner closely with executive leadership, and help drive ERP and process improvement initiatives to support the organization's continued growth.
