Property Manager / Leasing for Realeste Company

Real-estate owner/management company is currently seeking a property manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing all types of properties including Commercial, residential, Office and mix use properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage property repairs, maintenance and service contractors.
- Maintain and generate rent-roll and financial reports
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Manage and obtainTenant insurance certificates and sales reports
- Leasing vacancies
- Manage all aspects of tenants and properties
- Follow up on unpaid accounts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Yardi software a plus
- Realestate industry esperince
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Required stills:
- QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar accounting software
- Word, Excel, Outlook
