As a Customer Service Representative with Sanchez Agency Insurance, LLC, your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people, make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members. Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Speak fluent Spanish
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
