$200,000 – $350,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Complex Litigation Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 100 firm in Atlanta .

This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate interested in sophisticated complex commercial disputes, business litigation, and high-stakes civil litigation for major companies and other sophisticated clients across a diverse range of industries.

• 2–6 years of complex commercial litigation or business litigation experience

• Experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes, contract claims, business torts, corporate disputes, and other complex civil matters

• Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts

• Strong experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents

• Experience taking and defending depositions and working with fact and expert witnesses

• Experience managing complex discovery, document production, and case strategy

• Experience with hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation

• Ability to independently manage significant portions of complex matters while collaborating with partners and clients

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

• Excellent client service and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment

• Strong academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Sophisticated complex commercial and business litigation

Exposure to high-stakes disputes involving major companies and sophisticated clients

Meaningful responsibility throughout the litigation lifecycle

Opportunities for depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial experience

Direct client interaction and involvement in developing litigation strategy
