Retail Customer Experience Lead - Front End & Training

The TJX Companies , Inc.

The TJX Companies, Inc. in New Lenox, IL is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team of Associates. You will model outstanding customer service, mentor staff, and help ensure a clean, organized store while supporting loyalty programs and flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends. In this role, you will train Associates on front-end principles, coordinate POS coverage, and address customer concerns promptly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
